Service Guarantee & Refund Policy

1. The 90-Day Revenue Guarantee

At Web3Solutions, we build high-performance business infrastructure. We offer a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee on our Accelerator and Signature plans. This guarantee is designed to ensure that if our systems do not perform as engineered, you are protected.

2. Nature of Services

As we do not sell physical goods, there are no “returns.” All fees paid are for the professional time, proprietary AI configurations, and technical infrastructure deployed for your practice.

3. Eligibility & Audit Process

Refunds are not automated; they are a manual process governed by our financial and technical leadership. To qualify for a refund under the 90-day guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • The Audit: Our team will conduct a full audit of your lead follow-up and CRM activity. If the system was not utilized as instructed (e.g., leads were not contacted or the “Revenue Engine” was disabled by the client), the guarantee is void.

  • The Case Study: You must provide access to your lead data to prove that the systems implemented by Web3Solutions did not result in a measurable increase in lead response times or booking rates.

  • CFO Approval: All refund requests are subject to final approval by our CFO. This involves a Client Profiling check to ensure no “service-hopping” or bad-faith engagement has occurred.

4. Non-Refundable Items (Billable Time)

In the event of an approved refund, the following items are deducted from the total amount:

  • Deployment Costs: Any third-party costs (Domain registration, SMTP setup, or API usage fees).

  • Service Time: A prorated amount covering the manual engineering hours already spent on your account up to the date of the request.

  • Infrastructure Fees: Costs associated with the proprietary setup of your AI agents or custom landing pages.

5. How to Initiate a Request

To begin a “Revenue Gap Audit” for a refund request, please email support@web3solutions.org with the subject line: Refund Request: [Business Name].

Include your last three monthly performance reports. Once received, our CFO and engineering lead will begin the case study analysis, which typically takes 7–10 business days.

6. Finality

Once a refund is processed, all access to Web3Solutions proprietary infrastructure, AI models, and custom-coded landing pages will be immediately revoked.
