Welcome to Web3Solutions. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and the purchase of our digital products. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Payment Processing: Our order process will be conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

1. Services and Digital Products

Web3Solutions provides AI automation services, web development (Next.js, Shopify), and social media management. Detailed project scopes are defined in individual proposals provided to the client.

2. Payments and Billing

1. All payments are processed securely via Paddle.
2. For service-based projects, a 100% upfront payment is typically required unless otherwise stated in your specific invoice.
3. Prices are subject to change; however, quoted prices in an active proposal remain valid for 7 days.

3. Delivery Policy

Digital services (website development, SEO setup) are delivered according to the timeline specified in your proposal (e.g., 10-day delivery for standard Shopify stores). Delivery commences only after the receipt of all necessary client assets and confirmation of payment.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital and service-based nature of our work:

Services: Once work has commenced or resources have been allocated to a project, fees are non-refundable.
Digital Goods: For any downloadable assets or licenses, all sales are final once the delivery is initiated.
If you encounter a technical issue with your delivery, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final frontend deliverables. Web3Solutions retains rights to any underlying proprietary code, AI frameworks, or pre-existing templates used during development.

6. Limitation of Liability

Web3Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or any downtime caused by third-party providers (Shopify, Meta, Google, etc.).
